Template shadcn is not working

Describe the bug
Using the shadcn template is not working.

To Reproduce

1. open new terminal in VSCode
2. paste command in terminal 'npx create-expo-app -e with-shadcn'

Expected behavior
Create a new project with a template containing the setup for shadcn

Additional context
Problem occurs before project is created so no browser or smartphone information added. Occurs on Windows 11 Home.

I reproduced the same issue in both Git Bash and PowerShell. I also tested with both npx and bun, but the problem persisted.
Workaround that worked for me:

npx degit expo/examples/with-sqlite test-sqlite
