In Rancher Manager + Harvester scenario, the Resource Quota is used for fine-grained resource control. https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.7/rancher/resource-quota
When VM is migrating, Harvester smartly auto-scale the RQ to make temparary rooms for VM migration to work.
We would like to have awareness of real-time resource quota usge, temporary resource quota adjustments, such as through metrics, events, or similar approaches, if appropriate.

After rancher-monitoring addon is enabled, the prometheusrules cattle-monitoring-system/rancher-monitoring-kubernetes-resources offers related observability.
