docs: restore EN screenshots in remaining 50 KB-overhaul articles

Context

PR #1313 restored EN screenshot paths for 86 articles touched by the KB overhaul 9df48ca. 50 articles in the same overhaul set still reference German images (~501 refs total) because no parallel EN file existed in the tree. These articles render with DE screenshots until replaced.

What's needed

For each article, a configured v38 environment is required to capture the screens the article describes. Fresh PNG captures must:

• Show the English UI (admin language set to English)
• Match the visual scope of the DE source (don't show more or less content than the article references)
• Be saved under overrides/assets/images/en/<translated-de-path>/ (parallel to the existing tree convention)
• Replace the images/de/... reference in the markdown with the new EN path

Blockers per article cluster

• azure-ad-saml.md (20 refs): needs Azure AD admin portal access — out of reach.
• dashboard-and-widgets.md (73 refs): biggest single item, needs configured dashboards with realistic widget data.
• vm-provisioning.md (36): needs vCenter/Hyper-V environment.
• hyper-v-import.md (24): needs Hyper-V Manager install screens.
• document-templates.md (32): needs configured document add-on with sample templates.
• viva/procedure-with-viva.md (32) + other viva pages: needs configured VIVA Informationsverbund.
• Misc i-doit core articles (custom-categories, unique-references, templates, qr-code-printer, mass-change, ...): straightforward v38 captures, ~6–24 refs each.

Out of overhaul scope

Outside the 75 overhaul-flipped articles, 319 EN articles still reference DE images that pre-date the overhaul. They have always rendered DE — no regression, but worth a separate cleanup if KB language quality is a priority.
