short command doesn't allow for '/' character in question or answer field

Description

The command used to add a question, short doesn't work as expected when the question or answer contains a / character. There are real use cases for which these two fields may contain the / character.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the app
2. Enter the following input or command short represent the fraction 5/3 as a mixed number/ans here/math/easy

Expected Output

    ____________________________________________________________

    I have added the following question OwO:
      [S] represent the fraction 5/3 as a mixed number / ans here | math | EASY
    Now you have 2 questions in the list! UWU
    ____________________________________________________________

Actual Output

    ____________________________________________________________

    Ono! There should not be arguments after /difficulty
    ____________________________________________________________
