Configuration file to give agents more tools

Problem Statement

I want to give my agents more problem- and technology-specific tools. For example, I'm writing for Google Cloud Platform and want my agents to have access to the developer-knowledge mcp as a reference.

I want to tune my agents to increase max turns.

Proposed Solution

A maestro configuration file that I can modify to override and extend capabilities of named agents.
