S2G not working

I have tried everything and it's just not working. The number of errors it gives are just too many. I have checked and unchecked all options with all possible combinations. I have made sure all files needed are in the same folder. I have even decompiled first myself with Crowbar, and converted textures to goldsrc bmp indexed format before testing again all possible options, and it just does not work.
Errors I see seem to be related to unable to read animations, qc file, attachments, and even textures. it is an absolute disaster of errors :( at least on my end.

The VTF and QC formats don't cover 100% of the specs. I only add more support to them as I see the program refuses to run.

If you don't mind, please attach the vtf file along with the qc files then I can try and fix them. Even better, send me the whole model so I can make sure it works.

And just one thing to add onto this, S2G is meant for static model. If you have something more complicated with lots of sequences, you have to do things manually from there.

At the very least, S2G calls all the tools and converts the mesh, qc, and texture files.
