Feature: Add support for Perplexity (Sonar API)

Any plans to add Perplexity Sonar as a provider?

The Sonar API is OpenAI-compatible (/chat/completions at https://api.perplexity.ai), so it should be a thin addition rather than a full new integration.

Happy to open a PR if you'd accept it.
