Preparing the site for the talks submissions

• add the custom fields and the taxony to the formidable form
• create the theme (manuel)
• create the talk post type (manuel)
• create the status taxonomy (manuel)
• create the template for the talks review
  • draft (manuel)
  • details + ajax saving (ale)
• create a list for scheduling (ale)
• create a program page (ale)

Created the following custom fields, that get populated upon form submission:

• Additional speakers = lgm_additional_speakers
• Short biography = lgm_short_bio
• Website = lgm_speaker_website
• Preferred day = lgm_preferred_day
• Travel funding = lgm_travel_funding
• Travel costs = lgm_travel_costs
• Currency = lgm_currency
• Comments, questions = lgm_speaker_comments

Other form content:

• Title = Talk title field
• Summary of your presentation = Talk content field
• Presentation format: = talk-format Taxonomy
