Move Infrastructure to KDE General Discussion

I'm opening this issue to start coordinating our plans to move the online LGM infrastructure (not just this repository) to KDE.

I'd suggest to edit this post for a TL/DR and discuss below how to proceed.

Here's a beginning of a roadmap I suggested in an Email conversation with KDE/sysadmin:

1. Resolve the DNS registration issue.
2. Move the DNS zone hosting to KDE.
3. Then we talk about further repositories and websites.

Now that we have migrated the Libre Graphics Meeting DNS to the KDE
infrastructure, is time to plan the migration of the static web files to
the KDE infrastructure.

Currently, we are slowly processing the old sites and check that the
static version we have is correct and have all the relevant content
from the dynamic sites they have been generated from.

The plan is that -- when everything is ready -- we copy all the files
to the KDE infrastructure and we then let you do the switch and get the
websites to be served from there.

Here are how needs:

• All future sites will be static html + js + css.
• All sites from the past LGMs will be made static (most of them are
  already converted)
• Each yearly site and the general LGM sites are in their own
  repository.
• We would like to maintain the static sites as separated Git
  repositorird.
  We would prefer to keep the repositories on Github but we
  could also move them to the KDE infrastructure.
• The people in charge of the infrastructure have access to all
  repositories; for each yearly site, the local organizers have write
  access to their repository only. (everybody can make pull requests,
  of course!)
• If possible, each site is served as a folder at the root of the www
  "server" (https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2025).
• The root address is forwarded to the current / next LGM
  (https://libregraphicsmeeting.org ->
  https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2025)
• There is a https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/lgm "site" with general
  information about the LGM.
• If it's easier for you, we can move to a
  https://2025.libregraphicsmeeting.org schema but we would prefer to
  keep the current url schema.
• There should be an automatic way to publish the content of the Git
  repositories to the specific website.
