Describe the issue
I need to remove my company from the insights calculation (as my company does not sponsor my work, and my contributions are solely on my own time), but I cannot remove the affiliation from my openprofile for transparency reasons. I was told to submit a ticket through the bot, the bot told me to use this Report Issue UI to address the issue.
(Alternately, it would make way more sense if the openprofile had a box for each project as to whether an individuals contributions count as for their organization, or as an individual)

Expected vs. actual behavior
I expect not to see my contributions be erroneously attributed to my employer.
