Publish highlightjs_al to npm so Highlight.js users can install it #8307

Description

@SShadowS

highlightjs_al in this repository is the only openly licensed AL grammar for Highlight.js, but it is not published to npm, so in practice nobody can install it. The name highlightjs-al is unclaimed on npm and matches this package's own package.json.

Why it matters: Highlight.js has not accepted new languages into core since 2021 and instead points users at third party grammars listed in SUPPORTED_LANGUAGES.md. That table is how people find a language, and AL is absent from it. The listing convention is a published package plus a repository link.

If you were willing to publish it, I am happy to send the follow-up PR to Highlight.js adding the row pointing here, and to help with whatever is needed on the packaging side.

Related: #8306 fixes two v11 issues in the grammar (a deprecated scope, and auto-detection colliding with Highlight.js's own C/AL fixture) and regenerates dist.
