Truncated binary data while scanning image types

Hi, I'm using SQL Server 2017, I have issues while reading image types. Sometimes I get full data, sometimes partial data or no data at all. I have tried denisenkom/go-mssqldb and works fine. I'm using freetds 1.00.38-5.fc28.x86_64 (Fedora 28)

I have similar problem. while reading image types with large data amount, they get truncated to 64512 length. In freetds there is a parameter which controls max size and I think that causing the problem. Unfortunately I do not know how to change (increase) it's value in gofreetds. Any thoughts?
