Feature request: add backend to insanely fast whisper

Unfortunately, faster whisper is not available on Intel GPUs.
However, I got Insanely Fast Whisper to work and would love to use DSNote with this backend.

Could you hint me at how to do that? (I could contribute python code)

Unfortunately, this project is almost entirely written in C++. Python usage is very limited only to call python libraries from C++ using pybind11.

To start, I would suggest to look at fasterwhisper_engine.cpp class. To add a new engine, you need to create similar class that inherits from stt_engine base class.
