Changed label to native-extension (per #169). ffmpeg-python is a pure-Python wrapper, but its entire documented public API (ffmpeg.run, ffmpeg.run_async, ffmpeg.probe) shells out to the external ffmpeg / ffprobe binaries via subprocess.Popen (ffmpeg/_run.py:284, ffmpeg/_probe.py:20). There is no Python fallback — the library does nothing useful without the external binaries — so it cannot be carried as pure-python even with a caveat.

(native-extension is an imperfect fit semantically — the failure is a runtime-binary dependency rather than a compiled C/Rust extension — but it is the closest existing label to "not installable/usable on a pure-Python target".)
