Describe the bug
The hyperlink pointing to the test data guidelines/workflow documentation inside the nf-core/test-datasets/ADD_NEW_DATA.md repository is broken and returns a 404 error page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the docs/ADD_NEW_DATA.md repository.
2. Scroll down to the Adding New Data section in the README.
3. Click on the word hyperlink "guidelines" at the end of the sentence: "Check your proposed test data follows the guidelines"
4. See 404 error page.

Expected behavior
The link should successfully redirect the contributor to the active nf-core specifications documentation for test data.

I wasn't on any specific branch. I was just trying to open the hyperlink for guidelines to check if my test data follow the best practices. In .md file.
