Fully package the new kernel

A support package needs to be developed that will automatically fix up the system as per https://github.com/novena-next/docs/blob/master/upgrade_scripts/upgrade_5_BETA_KERNEL.sh

This includes:

• Setting up the /boot and /uboot directories
• Removing the old zimage and zz-novena-kernel-install
• Setting up flash-kernel
• Setting up /etc/modules-load.d/novena.conf
• Setting up /uboot/uEnv.txt
