Release 10: Links to videos does not work when having irregular base path

In release 10, when your base url is customized, like /ilias/10/ilias.php the link to videos from the list do not work.
The purpose of this issue is to track and highlight this matter.

A fix will be provided in a follow-up fixes and changes for JWT soon.
