docker-compose for a complete Opencast with Tobira

Create a docker file that allows to easily spin up an Opencast with Tobira to try things out.

Edit: Also database, Opensearch, with basic configuration. Also documentation for beginners (e.g. smaller institution) needed.

I would see this in opencast/community-integrations instead of here. This would need automation for creating Tobira container images.

I don't consider https://github.com/opencast/community-integrations to contain anything other than demonstrations. In all examples I included the warning that this is not a production configuration. However, this can certainly inspire how this might be used in production. So you can decide if it's worth linking in the docs and potentially let people blindly copy the files to a production server.
