Reloading control planes on the UI does not work correctly

To reproduce: 
- Edit a control plane from the project page (e.g. add a member)
- Save the control plane
- Immediately re-open the control plane
- The control plane loads with the previous state (not with the changes that we've just made)

After a browser refresh, the changes are shown correctly on the UI
