What would you like to see in luci?
This is the documentation request coming from this OpenWrt forum thread:
Currently, if someone creates a new data source (i.e. one that is not yet shipped by luci-app-statistics) to be collected by collectd -- e.g. via the "exec" plugin -- and wante to create a graph for it, one has to create a new JavaScript file in /www/luci-static/resources/statistics/rrdtool/definitions. The logic of those files is not documented, one has to do a lot of guesswork based on looking at the other files and still not sure if all possibilities are known then or the prerequisites of options. Feels a lot of foggy guesswork, also how the system works in general.
I hereby have the documentation wish that the logic and all supported options get documented.
