Filtering of apps on the homepage

We are plannning to let more users in to our nebari implementation to test soon. For that it would be great to be able to filter the deployed apps on the jhub homepage. This could be starring of apps and/or being able to filter on which group is shared with (that that person is a member of) :)

This was something we discussed as a desired future feature when developing jhub-apps. I'm not sure how much additional dev work it is.

Extending the filtering to support drilling down on groups shouldn't be difficult. Filtering on starred apps would be a bit more interesting, mostly due to the fact that we do not currently have a way of storing that metadata. @aktech , do you have any thoughts on how we might best do that?

Looks very good! Nice to have the option to filter on groups!

Perfect, just waiting on a code review. Then will need to get some releases out.
