Upload file to container on mobile

As a mobile user with pos-container-contents open in front of me, I expect to be able to upload an existing file as well as create a new one.

pos-container-contents currently has buttons to create new files and folders but not to upload

This issue complements

• Upload files to container via drag and drop #162, which is desktop focused

It would make sense to add an extra upload button to pos-container-toolbar and use pos-upload.

This is probably more discoverable than an alternative of a new upload option after having clicked on new file, and the toolbar has space that probably doesn't have too many other uses.

I see adding the ability to upload existing files easily from within a container as a key flow, especially for people newer to solid. For someone with not much in their pod, it's likely to be one of the first things that they can do that immediately gives them value. eg. "I've now added these important/interesting things to my pod, and I'll now start using it".

pos-upload allows for uploading multiple files at once, which is a clear advantage. The combination of this, and the user intent of adding files, rather than creating and then editing a fresh file, mean that we're not able to use linkEmitter to redirect the user to the new page of the uploaded thing. Instead, the user would expect that they stay in the container, and that the list of files updates to show the new files. With this expectation, this change relies on pos-container-contents being reactive to updates in the pod.

I've now created an issue to make pos-container-contents reactive (#190) , which will depend on merging #186

I think it makes sense for pos-container-contents not to navigate away when uploading (possibly multiple) files.
