the picture-in-picture does not display correctly.(3.9.8)

The picture-in-picture (pip) mode works fine when I watch videos within the app, but it malfunctions when I switch to PlP mode outside the app, or
Even when t directly to pip mode outside the app while watching a video. This bug occurs almnost 90% of the time.

Yeah that happens , basically the videos doesn't go to the full screen , and the elements overlay the video!!
There are a few more bugs such as no of dislikes aren't showing up as well as button missing in the shorts.
It will be patched soon
