Hook names changed in Puma 7

As per https://github.com/puma/puma/releases/tag/v7.0.0, there were breaking changes where hook names have been renamed from on_* to after_, so

solid_queue/lib/puma/plugin/solid_queue.rb

Lines 14 to 22 in 77ac84e

	end

needs to be adapted.

There's two things happening. One is that we chnaged the names of these methods to make them clear what they do. Solid queue needs to update to use the new API to eliminate deprecation notices. The issue causing the need for puma/puma#3725 is that the change introducing the new methods did not take into account ALL the various places these methods can be called. So puma/puma#3725 opens the door to allow solid queue to fix the deprecation notices.
