[Feature Request] Make `stepStrength` in Power Lora Loader configurable

In Power Lora Loader, at the moment the stepStrength is hardcoded to 0.05.

It'd be nice if this is configurable, preferably by using the "Properties Panel" in ComfyUI so each node can have its own stepStrength. It can still be defaulted to 0.05.
