docs.rockylinux.org is currently hosted on Vercel, and bandwidth costs through here are significant.
Stephen had kindly set up a test Rocky Linux Docs instance hosted in an S3 bucket, with Fastly as the CDN via https://rocky-docs.global.ssl.fastly.net/ and it performs very well.
A request for an S3 bucket under the RESF's infrastructure has been made to migrate to this solution.
