Whatsapp call is getting low volume when using this plugin

When I take whatsapp call when this plugin is active the volume is low, too faint and unusable. But when this app is quit it becomes normal volume and high quality. I tried the boost feature in the app, but the audio is become too distorted.

it's a setting:

Open FineTune, click the pencil icon (edit mode) in the menu bar popup
Find WhatsApp in the list ( make a call then it will pop up in the list)
Click the eye icon next to it to mark it "ignored"
