ruby-debug-ide gem v0.4.23.beta7+ breaks debug-commons-java

ruby-debug-ide recently extended the debug protocol and now debug-commons-java crashes in Netbeans when it tries to display variables with "java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unexpected event. Expecting variable end tag.value".

@rockorequin I've created #2 which is supposed to fix the problem.
Let me know if it is or there are some other exceptions.

Thanks. I'm getting errors building the netbeans ruby plugin at the moment but I'll try it out as soon as possible.
