[Feature Request] Option to publish/sync to local directory

I have managed to set up a headless environment in which I can use Quartz Syncer via the Obsidian CLI. However, all of the deployment options require to use Git and a Git server of some kind — even if it is a local one. This adds complexity to my setup that feels avoidable. Would it be possible to make it so notes can be synced to a local directory instead of a Git server?

This should be relatively easy to implement by supporting the Git Local Protocol.

In the meantime, users with a setup like mine have to resort to running a local HTTP Git server, such as gittlz.

Targeting a local repository will be supported in v2, but will use the filesystem directly instead. This is first and foremost intended as part of the testing framework.

I also feel like it is reasonable to expect that the user handles the Git operations for a local repository, as I cannot immediately imagine a use-case where you would want Quartz Syncer to handle the Git operations and also have Quartz Syncer pointed to a local repository, instead of pointing to remote directly.
