"This email does not have access"

If you're seeing this error after requesting a one-time pass code "This email does not have access"

It means one of these things is happening:

1. You might need to 'trade-in' your license key for a new email-permission, here: https://serp.ly/redeem-license-key
2. You might need to use the most recent release/version of that app
3. You are using the wrong email -- the email associated with your payment method is the one that was granted permissions. This is the most common issue I see. Please make sure the email associated with your stripe/paypal/link/whatever is the one you are trying to authenticate with.
4. There was a bug that was my bad and I fixed it. see "entitlements name mismatch fix"

Hey, I saw that you just got back from holidays and you are catching up on everything.
I wanted to put everything in one place to make it easier.

1. Latest Chrome extension
   I can’t sign in. I keep getting an “Unhandled message type” error.

2. Previous extension workaround
   I’m using the previous version for now, and it works. However, some downloaded videos on Circle aren’t showing up.

3. Audio downloads on Circle
   Is it possible to download audio files from Circle?

1 - im working on this auth situation as we speak i just messed it up a little but im fixin it now!

1. Thank you! I’m looking forward to the new version once it’s ready.

2. I’m currently using Circle Downloader v1.0.2.
   Embedded videos download correctly.
   YouTube videos show download progress, but once complete, the files don’t appear in my downloads folder.
   As a workaround, I used https://en.y2mate.is/82/ to download the YouTube videos for now.

3. Audio-only downloads would be very helpful!
   The screenshot below shows how audio lessons appear in Circle (there are 2 formats):
