MySQL Reporting sha256_password deprecated

Current Behavior

In my mysql logs I'm seeing every 10 seconds the message:

2024-11-11 10:52:05 2024-11-11T09:52:05.932757Z 869 [Warning] [MY-013360] [Server] Plugin sha256_password reported: ''sha256_password' is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Please use caching_sha2_password instead'

Expected Behavior

The plugin for sha256_password should be removed from the docker image in favor of the caching_sha2_password.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run spin up
2. View the MySQL logs
