Standardize Google Drive Data Directories

The shark data in the Google Drive is stored in two different folders: Sharkduino, and Animal Tag Lab Book. Moreover, each dataset's folder is organized differently, sometimes with different naming conventions.

To remedy this, we should:

• Locate all our datasets in the same folder
• Come up with a structure that all dataset folders should follow
• Come up with naming scheme all dataset files/folders should follow
• Go through the data folders and reorganize everything to fit this schema

Please use this issue to discuss how to best go about doing this!

Here are the kinds of files that currently exist in dataset folders:

• Raw .SRK files from the dataset
• Parsed data CSVs from the dataset
• Parsed header CSVs from the dataset
• A combined, interpolated CSV file for the dataset
• A picture of the paper datasheet
• Pictures of the specific shark and tag that collected the data
• Summary plots

Dr. Deconinck and William have decided to move all filoes in the Sharkduino directory to Animal Tag Lab Book. This should be done in the next few days
