Tailbeat metric: Jerk Method

Determine shark tailbeat frequency by determining the jerk of the shark, then counting zero crossings

Currently in progress, in tailbeat_jerkZeroCross.R

Current functionality:

• Determines jerk
• Counts zero crossings
• Optional lowpass filtering
• Rolling averages of tailbeat frequency

Desired functionality:

• Use shark transverse axis, not tag z axis, by rotating tag into shark frame
