Doing so can lead to many unnecessary renders.
Especially with components like `tonic-split` and `tonic-tabs`
where they use `${this.elements}` or they detect for left & right.
This is because `render()` get's called multiple times, especially
if the render is `async` since the `cloneNode()` will not have
copied the children that are asynchronously rendered.
By having render called more times then expected, the component
will `async render()`; aka fetch and render multiple times (2 or 4)
and that leads to lots of unnecessary delays in interactivity.
Do not cloneNode() in constructor.
By making `_set` and `async` function instead of a maybe
promise returning function we would evaluate every `_set()` in
a next tick.
This reduces the number of promises in a Tonic app from lots to
only per `async render() {}` and per call to `reRender()`.
This allows you to `await this.reRender()` and be notified
when the component with an `async render () {}` method has
finished rendering.
Improve promises stuff.
The styles for the `Dialog` component were being added multiple times to the `<head>` of the document because we were adding it once for `Dialog` and then once for every component that implements `Dialog` and inherits the `stylesheet` method.
tonic: Only append stylesheet if own property
