Note Rules with templates

I suggest that Note Rules could work more like templates, where they take a reference note that is copied whenever a new note is created using that rule.

This is exactly how the content template option in creation rules should function.

Not sure if it's because my distro's repo version is 11.6 (a flatpak too) but I'm not seeing that option.

Ah, I see. This is a new feature in 0.12.x. The flathub branch should update soon.
