Your purpose in using this API:
I am developing a learning application for children to learn about the Quran and Hadith. The application will use Hadith data to provide structured learning content, including Hadith text, book/collection information, chapters, references, translations, and related metadata where available through the API.

API rate limits:
- Maximum requests per second:5
- Maximum requests per day:5,000
I am happy to use lower limits if required by the API administrators.
The application will cache/store the required data locally rather than repeatedly requesting the same Hadith data, so I do not expect high-frequency API traffic.
- Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
An offline dump would be very useful for the initial database population and development/testing.
However, programmatic API access would be preferable for keeping the application data synchronized with the current Sunnah.com dataset and for retrieving updates when necessary.
If an official offline dump is available and recommended for this use case, I would also be happy to use the offline dataset for bulk initialization and use the API only for updates or other appropriate requests.
