Allow registering custom extensions with the jsonschema validator

It looks like in the santhosh-tekuri/jsonschema package you can register extensions to provide custom validation logic. However in validator.go the jsonschema.NewCompiler() is not exposed. Would you be open to exposing this somehow so we can register custom validation extensions?
