Android Release

I suggest to create a release for Android (Qt supports it).
You can publish it on F-Droid using simple steps.

In fact, I recently updated the flatpak manifest to support aarch64. I will spend some time trying to get it to build for android next.

The main issue with android is that we would need to also package the dependencies (kotki->marian-lite->{ruy, cpuinfo, protobuf, sentencepiece}). It will take a while for me to get it right.

@shriramters Still prefer this project because it's written in Qt/Quick so theoretically it's deployable to Android while firefox-translator written in Kotlin which make it hard to run under Desktop.

firefox-translator has a neat ui/ux. I wish to see it in LocalTranslate
