Changing IP from outside terrarium PI

So i have ran into an issue when my internet goes out, my IP gets changed for the rasp pi and I cannot get into my TerrariumPi instance. is there a way I can go in and change a setting file on a docker instance?

So nvm its not an IP issue because I changed the rasp pi IP to static to the old IP and I cannot access terrarium Pi on the old IP. I am trying to figure out why i cannot access it after a wifi outage.

Nvm i needed to restart the docker container
