Incomplete database names in dashboard

Description:

This is how infra combinations are shown in the TG dashboard.
Here for Oracle and SQLServer the version string is missing.
eg: "Oracle-", "SQLServer-"

Where as for MySQL and PostgreSQL that's not the case.
eg: "MySQL-5.7", "PostgreSQL-10.5"

The way the database names are given in the tesgrid.yaml is a bit different in the two cases.

eg: For Oracle and SQLServer,
SQLServer-SE-13.00
Oracle-SE1-11.2

Whereas for MySQL and PostgreSQL
MySQL-5.7
PostgreSQL-10.5
