Bug: Always displays "Engine does not support Chinese"

Steps to reproduce

When trying to translate English into Chinese using an app, the translation engine shows that it does not support Chinese.

This doesn't seem to be a problem with the translation engine I'm using, as it exists with every translation engine I use. Although I've used this software before and successfully translated English to Chinese with it.
