Discussion with Manodeep.. He's suggested we try speeding up the 8k

Performance optimisation. Trial @manodeep's suggestion of adding -fprofile-use, he suggested this profile to start: /g/data/tm70/ms2335/performance_optimisation_runs/oneapi/2025.2.0/om3/test-density-remapping/mom6-examples/ocean_only/*_prof_gen.pgo. The performance table #258 (comment) shows the impact of using appropriate profiling info at compile time. So the new spack.yaml would look like.....
