[DI-9697] Regenerate currents-examples for Currents v11

Regenerated sample data from the v11 EMS wheel (event-modeling-service==1.0.0.20260716010003+39ec59a — the post-patch v11 build, containing the corrected display names for the newly-released landing page / survey events).

What changed

• New examples (JSON + Avro + Custom HTTP) for the six events newly public in v11: Landing Page Click / Impression / Form Submission, Survey Response, Content Optimizer Component Store Update, Canvas Content Optimizer Step Conversion — plus the new Custom HTTP samples for users.profile.Update.
• Updated examples: is_unique added to banner / content card / feature flag engagement events; thinking_level on Agent Executed.
• Remaining touched files are binary Avro re-encodes with no schema change.

Note: the generator logs a warning about a missing custom_http snapshot for users.UserOrphan — expected, that event has no CustomHttp destination (DI-9375 exclusion); output is unaffected.
