这两个脚本会修改权限请求、内部 dispatcher 行为和审查/写盘策略，影响面较大；当前分支也已落后于 main。 请先 rebase，并使用最新版 Codex/Codex++ 重新完成真实环境回归。建议将 Ultra 完全访问和磁盘写入保护拆成两个 PR，分别补充生命周期恢复、脚本禁用后还原、页面重注入和新版本内部模块变化的测试，便于独立审查和回滚。 |

2026.07.16.4)：在 Ultra 推理模式下保持完全访问权限，并同步修正权限请求与前端状态显示；仅处理已识别的 Ultra 任务，从 Ultra 切回其他推理档位时会清除任务缓存。2026.07.16.3)：节流大型 Sentry 状态快照，并将 Git Review 固定为“仅上次变更”，减少scope_v3.json写放大和大型工作区临时 Git 对象库造成的持续与突发写盘。磁盘脚本合并了两个相互独立的保护模块，市场用户只需安装一个条目。Git Review 保护会保留 Last Turn Review，并停用 Unstaged、Staged 与 Branch 三类完整审查；调用停用或恢复接口时会恢复启用前的审查模式。
验证
node --checkindex.json可解析、ID 唯一、版本与脚本常量一致
