Only search in the top-level data set for the PixelDataProviderURL (0028,7FE0), as it is only contained in the Image Pixel Module (see DICOM PS3.3 Section C.7.6.3). This will e.g. allow for storing this data element inside the OriginalAttributesSequence (0400,0561). Thanks to GitHub user "malaterre" for the proposal. This closes GitHub PR #132.
