Seperate geometry workflow from edge/roughness workflow

Currently, 2DMapOutput is expected to contain edge, face and hydraulic data. For CSV input it will only have face input.

The workflow needs to be adapted such that if the input ModelData does not have edge or hydraulic data - it will skip those steps.
