Adds structured tracing spans around MCP stdio and transport lifecycle paths so hosts can capture discovery/call timing and errors through their existing subscriber or OTel pipeline. The transport remains lossless and policy-free; result bounding and paging stay opt-in at the caller boundary.\n\nValidation: just check
