I accidentally submitted my outdated submodules with this PR. I believe they should be up to date now but let me know if something still isn't right.

If it helps, this was how it worked in OoT3D. I even set it up so it still prioritizes targets in front of you. It sounds innocuous but it's surprisingly nice to save that extra Z press trying to get your target on screen and then pressing it again just to target (if your target is even in the vanilla cone). It's great for snapping to Keese you know are behind you without wasting precious time turning around. Doubly true for Stalfos and Dinolfos that aggro when you don't have a target.

Wanted to add that I have several other Z-targeting PRs I'm working on submitting that this is a part of. It'd be part of a small suite of options the user can configure as they like
