The desktop is the vessel: it now carries its own release identity. Version/publisher/releases constants drift-gated against pubspec by a test; the appearance dialog's foot shows Flywheel v0.2.1 · ZentropyLabs with the releases URL and the SHA-256 receipt note; README leads with install-and-verify (SmartScreen caveat honest), source path second. 146 tests green.

The website announced v0.2.1; the app itself said nothing about what it
was. Now the vessel carries its own identity:

- lib/version.dart: appVersion/publisher/releases constants, drift-gated
by test/version_truth_test.dart against pubspec.yaml, so the About line
can never silently disagree with the shipped version.
- The appearance dialog's foot gains the identity block: Flywheel
v0.2.1 · ZentropyLabs, the releases URL (selectable), and the SHA-256
receipt note, in the same register as the website announcement.
- README leads with Install it (download, verify hash, SmartScreen caveat
stated honestly) and keeps the source path as Run it from source, with
  the bundled-engine launch behavior documented.

Gates: flutter analyze clean, 146 tests green (1 new), files under 300.
