• Align timeline data to exact end times to accurately reflect when each metric batch completed

Fix current version that displays duplicated entries for the same second. I looked into it, and it's strictly a frontend issue—the backend is correctly providing the per-second data.

• Add key percentiles table and fix extreme percentile rounding

Added a new table to make it easy to analyse percentiles

I am concerned about changing the step function (quasi bar chart) to a line chart.
Line charts are primarily a representation of long term trends, continual observations, or point samples. Horreum uses windowed statistical analysis (window size is 1s by default) which means the observation is a based on a duration, not a point sample. The step function demonstrates that the value covers a range of time and changing to a line chart will remove that valuable indication to users.
I agree that the tool-tip jumping from the end of one step to the start of the next step is jarring. I would rather have the jarring behavior than lose the accuracy of the visual representation.
Perhaps there is a way to adjust the tooltips so they occur the center of the step instead of the two ends?

New changes look good to me, they preserve the step nature of the graph and change to a single tooltip for step segment.
